use of barkingmadclothing.co.uk and all affiliated websites. By
using the site(s) you agree to be bound by these terms and to follow
the terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the
site. Barkingmadclothing.co.uk reserves the right to change these
terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the site.

General information
You are only authorized to view and to to retain a copy of this
site for your own personal use while visiting the site for shopping
at barkingmadclothing.co.uk. Do not duplicate, publish or otherwise
distribute the material on this site unless specifically authorized
by barkingmadclothing to do so.
We are
a mail order company only. All items are dispatched from our warehouse
and there are no shop or showroom facilities, sorry. We do offer
a comprehensive returns policy, please see below.
Goods sent to you from the 'Barking Mad Clothing' Company are insured
during transit only. Once the goods have been signed for in good
condition there will be no redress to the 'Barking Mad Clothing'
Company.
All care of labels must be followed and the 'Barking Mad Clothing'
Company except no responsibility if the products run, shrink or
fade on washing. It is recommended that if the products are washed,
wash alone on a low temperature.
On many of the
dog clothing items it is advisable to pre-soak and allow to drip
dry before use. We can not guarantee that the items will not colour
run especially the red clothing items. Please follow all washing
instructions.
We can not guarantee the strength of the lead clips on the winter
gilet style dog coat. Therefore, it is advisable to not use these
as the sole area of restraint for your dog.
All products remain the property of the 'Barking Mad Clothing' Company
until full payment is received, however the risk becomes the purchaser
once the goods are signed for on delivery.

British Made Products
Delivery
Where possible we try and dispatch most orders within 24 hours.
This does not include outside general business hours, bank holidays,
out of stock items or special order items. However, it may not always
be possible to dispatch your order within that time. We reserve
the right to dispatch your order within 30 days. If we feel that
there will be a long delay in dispatch we will contact you as soon
as possible and advise of an approx. delivery date. Most orders
are send 1st class recorded delivery. However, if the item is heavy
or bulky your goods may be dispatched by courier. You will be advised
of this after ordering. If your order is sent 1st class recorded
delivery your goods will generally arrive with your regular post
and require a signature on delivery. If no one is available a card
should be left by Royal Mail with collection and contact details.
We have a current standard delivery charge of £3.85 per order.
This allows you to order as many items as you wish in that price
and only pay one standard delivery charge (subject to certain terms
& conditions). This is for U.K delivery only.

Payments
*You can order online with all major credit & debit cards. If
you have a paypal account you can also pay online by clicking on
the relevant links. Click online payments for payment online or
click on e-mail payment to secure all online deals and then phone
to make payment via a credit or debt card.
*You can phone to pay with a debit or credit card (not Americian

*Or you can pay by cheque. Simply click
on the link, (or click on to
order link on the left handside) print the page, complete
the form and send with full payment made payable to 'Barking Mad
Clothing'. Don't forget to include the postage & packaging charges.
*Please note that there is currently NO VAT
charged, the price you see is the price you pay for goods
(plus the standard delivery charge)
Returns
We provide a 30 day refund (excluding postal & handling charges)
or exchange policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000, (http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm)
provided that goods are returned to us unused, undamaged, still
sealed (where applicable), free from animal
hairs and in the same condition they were received . Barking
Mad Clothing reserves the right to determine if a product is in
a unused condition. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and
return shipping is at the purchaser's expense. Items must be returned
within 30 days of receipt along with your order number and a copy
of the origional receipt to -

Refunds will be issued within 28 days of receiving the returned
items.
Faulty or incorrect goods must be reported within 3 days of receipt
and returned to us before a full refund is given or an exchange
of goods. Please return these items in the same method of dispatch
as they were sent to you.
Refunds or exchanges can only be made to the original purchaser
and will be processed within 28 days. We regret that postage &
packaging is non-refundable except when returning faulty or damaged
goods. We recommend you obtain a proof of posting to enable tracking
should your parcel not reach us. We can not take responsibility
for products lost or damaged during their return to Barking Mad
Clothing. Any items personalised of any kind or cannot be exchanged,
returned, or refunded.
If
exchanging goods you will be requested to pay an additional postage
cost plus any extra product costs. All items will need to be paid
for before dispatch. If you wish to exchange heavy or bulky items
please contact us either by e-mail
and await for a responce or by phone 01604 518843 to make
prior arrangements either for us to collect, which will be charged
at cost or for an additional cost price for the replacement of the
item.

Placement of
orders with the' Barking Mad Clothing' Company are acceptance of
these terms.
If you order by phone you will be given an approx. delivery time.

availability is updated after every order.

At Barkingmadclothing.co.uk we hope that you would not have any
cause for complaint as we are committed to maintaining excellent
standards of customer service. However, if you wish to comment or
