Delivery & Returns

Where possible we try and dispatch most orders within 2 - 3 working days.  This does not include outside general business hours, Bank Holidays, out of stock items or Made to Measure items.  It may not always be possible to dispatch during this time, however,  we will do our best to dispatch as your order as quickly as possible.  We reserve the right to dispatch your order within 30 days.  If we feel that there will be a delay in dispatch we will contact you and advise you of an approximate delivery time.  Most orders are dispatched via Royal Mail recorded delivery.  Heavy or bulky items may be dispatched via courier and we will advise you of this after ordering.  We have a standard delivery charge per order, not per item of £3.85 (UK Delivery).  This allows you to order as many items are you wish in your order and only pay one flat delivery charge.  All our dog bandanas are delivered in the UK FREE OF CHARGE.  Please note that we are a mail order company and do not offer a collect in person service, sorry.

The online order system is currently set up for UK Delivery.  If you are outside the UK and wish to purchase a Dog Accessory from us please feel free to email us and we can quote you the direct delivery charge

Return of Goods

We provide assurance to our customers that we offer a comprehensive returns policy.  We provide a 28 days returns and refund policy (excluding delivery charges).  All goods must be returned to us in their origional condition, free from animal hairs, smells and with origional packaging and in the same condition as received.  Barking Md Clothing reserves the right to determine if a product is in an origional unused condition.  Delivery/shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  The return delivery of goods is the responsibility of the purchaser. Items must be returned to us within 28 days of your origional order.  Please state clearly on your invoice if you require a refund or an exchange of goods.

Exchange of items

If you require an exchange of an item all terms above apply.  Where possible we keep all postage costs down to a minimum however, you may be required to pay the return postage pack to you and any additional charges for the cost difference between your product and the product you request.
