We are a mail order company only. All items are dispatched from our warehouse and there are no shop or showroom facilities, sorry. We do offer a comprehensive returns policy, see link.
Goods sent to you from the 'Barking Mad Clothing' Company are insured during transit only. Once the goods have been signed for in good condition there will be no redress to the 'Barking Mad Clothing' Company.
If in error, either computer or human error the price of a item online is incorrect we reserve the right to charge the correct price for the goods before dispatch or a full refund of the item paid (price paid by the customer) will be offered. We will contact the customer direct for the correct payment, this is usually via e-mail.
All care of labels must be followed and the 'Barking Mad Clothing' Company except no responsibility if the products run, shrink or fade on washing. It is recommended that if the products are washed, wash alone on a low temperature. On many of the dog clothing items it is advisable to pre-soak and allow to drip dry before use. We can not guarantee that the items will not colour run especially the red clothing items. Please follow all washing instructions.
We can not guarantee the strength of the lead clips on the winter gilet style dog coat. Therefore, it is advisable to not use these as the sole area of restraint for your dog.

All products remain the property of the 'Barking Mad Clothing' Company until full payment is received, however the risk becomes the purchaser once the goods are signed for on delivery.
All products are sold for pets & animal use only.
If your company, business or individual are issued or use a 'Discount Code' Voucher, the voucher must be used online. We at barkingmadclothing.co.uk are able to with draw the voucher without notice at anytime from our website.
